4. HR Portal & Employee Data

Access to the Anagha HR Portal is restricted to authorized employees and administrators. Users of the portal agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Not access data belonging to other employees without authorization.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to akhicorp@gmail.com immediately.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms including Gusto, Plaid, Salesforce, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. Anagha Solutions Inc. is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anagha Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Texas.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
