3. LinkedIn Data

Our site integrates with the LinkedIn API to display team member profiles and posts. When a team member authorizes this integration:

• We receive and store their LinkedIn name, profile photo URL, headline, and access token
• We periodically fetch and cache their public LinkedIn posts
• Access tokens are stored securely and used only to retrieve post data on their behalf
• Team members can revoke access at any time via LinkedIn Settings → Permitted Services

We do not sell or share LinkedIn data with third parties. We use LinkedIn data solely to display team activity on this website.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL-based platform) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. We apply row-level security policies and use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Access tokens and sensitive credentials are stored with restricted access policies.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal, functional cookies for session management on the employee portal. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect portal functionality.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Service providers — Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), LinkedIn (API integration) — under their respective privacy policies
• Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights

7. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years. LinkedIn post data is cached and retained for up to 90 days. Employee portal accounts are retained for the duration of employment plus 1 year. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
